PAYMENT

Payment to be made at each appointment unless otherwise agreed.

Contactless payments are preferred.

We offer BACS transfer prior to your appointment or card payments

on the day of your appointment

Receipts are available upon request.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that you may need to cancel or reschedule

your appointment especially in light of the current situation.

​

We ask that if you do need to cancel your appointment

that you let us know at the earliest opportunity.

​

Appointments cancelled with greater than 24 hours will incur no fee.

​

Less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee of £20.

​

No notification of cancellation/non-attendance will result

in full treatment costs being charged.
